Meet Charlotte at 7pm at Ulladulla’s ‘oldest house’ 275 Green Street and then discover the history of Ulladulla and its harbour. The walk will take just on two hours. Don’t forget to take your camera. $25 per person. Bookings essential ph: 02 4455-4780 or online at http://www.ulladulla.info/history- walk-of-old-ulladulla-easter floats, festivity + fireworks at blessing of the fleet Don’t miss Ulladulla’s spectacular annual Blessing of the Fleet Festival on Easter Sunday April 5, one of the biggest festivals on the South Coast. The Festival Parade will start off the day at 11am with the wonderful imaginative floats carrying Ulladulla’s beautiful princesses accompanied by their princes. Each float is themed and the costuming of all the locals walking alongside each float is an amazing sight. The Floats are led down the Princes Highway (which is closed to traffic for the day) by Father David Anthony and St Peter, patron saint of the fishermen, and the fishermen of Ulladulla all making the pilgrimage to the Harbour for the traditional Blessing Ceremony. There will be enter tainment on the main stage near the Civic Centre and also music down by the harbour foreshore, along with Zumba and dancing. Browse the many stalls that will surround the Civic Centre area and you won’t go hungry if you visit the food court on the grass or the eateries in the main street. Calling all kids! Kids should head to the Civic Centre for some fun in the Kids’ Zone with arts & craft activities, a lego corner and a visit to the face painter is a must. Don’t miss the special Kids Show on stage in the Civic Centre at 1pm. The day is full of entertainment and rides at the Civic Centre and in Green Street from Funland Ulladulla. The ever popular Scottish Tattoo will be on the highway at 2pm and join the tug-o-war and the Greasy Pole as well as beach games down on the harbour foreshore in the afternoon. Circus & Fireworks This wonder ful family fun filled day will culminate with the Circus performing at 3.45pm and then the spectacular fireworks at 6.30pm.
